Mothers’ Day gift ideas

I realized today that Mothers’ Day is just around the corner! If you still need ideas, here are some tried-and-true gifts that all moms will love. And, bonus, most of them will arrive within two days – perfect if you’re a procrastinator like me.

  • Have you heard of Eberjey pajamas? The Gisele set, in particular, is extremely popular — 593 reviews with five stars! You can buy them on Eberjey’s site, but they’re also available on Amazon and at Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, and Macy’s.
  • I gave my mom this umbrella from Rifle Paper last year, and it’s very high quality. This particular one is covered with scenes from the French countryside, and the duck handle is perfection! Plus, I think you can buy it on Amazon for faster delivery.
  • I bought this veggie chopper a few weeks ago on Amazon, and it’s a game changer! My mom is getting this from Amazon on Sunday because she’s a vegetarian and loves salads (same as me).
  • This travel bag is a best seller on Amazon and boasts theft-proof technology and RFID blockers. Great for peace of mind when she travels.
  • I gave my mom this personalized stationery from Minted a few years ago, and she loved it! Plus, Minted is having a 20% off sale right now. Without the sale, it’s $51 for 25 cards.
  • The book of crossword puzzles on Amazon is geared toward beginners, and it’s a great way to keep your brain active.
  • The Laniege lip mask has appeared on my other gift guides, but I couldn’t leave it out of this one. It’s just that good! I use it almost every night and can tell the difference when I skip that step. You can save time by picking it up in person at Sephora.

For even more ideas, check out this gift roundup I did for the holidays this past December. I still love each and every one of these items!

As I write this, I’m thinking about my two dear friends who lost their mothers somewhat recently. I’m making myself a calendar reminder to call them on Sunday and check in. They tell me that it’s a loss that doesn’t ever heal — you never stop feeling the absence; you just learn how to carry it. I’m learning from their wisdom and hugging my mom tight.

Wishing all of you a happy day of celebration!
